I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix ; X! p; X C9 N! H* `- p$ m ' V& c! d+ A6 x) W2 [and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here & f( r- C. T7 t8 d6 ~$ K3 G
